Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment:

• Sessions must be paid in full at booking through the website.

• Payments are non-refundable except as stated below.

 

 

Booking Window:

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow preparation.

• Same-day bookings are not available.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment to reschedule once at no extra cost.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

• If you’re 10+ minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion.

 

 

Provider Reschedules:

• If I need to reschedule due to emergency, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

 

 

Refunds:

• No refunds for client-initiated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

• Refunds are only offered if The Enchanted One cancels and a new time cannot be arranged.

 

 

Entertainment & Personal Responsibility:

• All readings and services provided by The Enchanted One are for entertainment and spiritual guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
