By scheduling, paying for, or participating in any psychic, tarot, oracle, energy, charm, scry ball, channeled, or reading/energy work/workshop/class of any kind (including phone, video, chat, e-mail, or in-person) provided by The Enchanted One, LLC (“Provider”), it's owner, or any employees/associates you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Entertainment Only: You understand and agree that all readings, interpretations, guidance, messages, activities, workshops, classes, information, and communications provided by the Provider are offered for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice from a qualified professional.
2. No Guarantees: Provider makes no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading, and/or workshop/class. Results are subjective, may be interpreted differently, and are not guaranteed.
3. Voluntary Decisions: You alone are responsible for your decisions and actions. Any choices you make before, during, and after a reading are made voluntarily and at your sole risk. Provider, the owner, the employees/psychics are not responsible for any consequences arising from your reliance on a reading, or workshop/class.
4. Age & Capacity: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to participating.
5. Release & Indemnity: To the maximum extent, you release, waive, and discharge The Enchanted One, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, psychics, associates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in any way connected with your participation in readings, interaction, workshop/class, and/or communication. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Enchanted One, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any third-party claims arising from your actions or decisions based on a reading, communication, workshop/class.
6. Confidentiality & Copyright: Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep communications confidential, but you acknowledge that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. All original content provided by Provider (text, audio, images, videos, emails, messages, charts, etc) is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without express written permission.
7. Refunds & Scheduling: Readings are scheduled and paid in advance. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are posted separately on the Provider’s website and accepted by you at time of booking. (payment/cancellation policy)
8. Governing Law & Severability: This disclaimer is governed by applicable law. If any portion is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
